David, Fabio, & Moncho (Alonso) were prompt at arrival, they explained the whole process beforehand--including what to do if things don't go as planned, and gave safety reminders throughout. They had positive energy, gave us the full time in the air, and truly made this an amazing, fun experience for my family! Very well-run excursion!!

We just had our third parasailing trip with Alanso and Fabio. They’re perfect for the job! All three times were a blast! Safety first but fun, a close second! They calmed the fears of newbies by describing the entire process, what to do in case of emergency, and addressed all safety concerns. Plus, they took pictures to share and maintained contact till we met again!

Everyone at ScubaJuan/Albatross Parasail was very friendly and on the boat we felt very safe as they had us one at a time due to the wind conditions. We highly recommend- it was really fun!
